Self Assessment
The online aptitude check gives interested young people the opportunity to check for themselves whether they are suitable for one of the apprenticeships offered in Germany.

Application
After passing the aptitude test, clear step-by-step instructions, including a document check, will guide you safely through the application for a training position.

The Why Not Logistics team conducts intensive interviews in the country of origin to carefully select suitable candidates.

Preparing for entry
We take care of the complete preparation for entry – including visa application, health check, a preparatory German course in the home country and the coordination of all relevant documents and organizational steps.

Onboarding in Germany
After arriving in Germany, the onboarding week begins with important everyday tips – from waste separation to dealing with authorities – as well as intensive German courses for linguistic and cultural preparation.

Start of training
After the start of training in the companies, regular online calls ensure that questions are clarified and potential challenges are identified at an early stage.
