Program flow
WhyNotLogistics is by your side from the very first step – from application and immigration to your entire training period in Germany. We reliably accompany you through the entire process, are always available, and support you with any questions or challenges you may encounter.

Questions
With the help of these questions, you have the opportunity to check whether you are suitable for vocational training in Germany.

Application
If you are eligible, you will register, upload your documents, and submit your application. If everything fits, you will meet our WNL team during an online appointment. Further in-person visits in your home country will follow.

Pre-integration
If the WNL team makes a final decision in your favor, you will start an intensive German course up to level B1 at the Goethe Institute in your home country. After passing the B1 exam, you will receive a training contract and participate in workshops to prepare you for life and work in Germany.

Preparing for entry
We take care of preparing your entry into Germany and handle the necessary documents and organizational steps.

Onboarding in Germany
After your arrival in Germany, our WNL team will welcome you, and you will begin with an intensive onboarding program. This includes interesting workshops such as a first aid course and an initial introduction to your trainers.

Start of training
After the start of your training in the companies, regular support is provided until the completion of your training. We are available 24/7 to answer your questions.

Our apprenticeships
In collaboration with our partners, we offer various apprenticeships. After completing your training, you will have the opportunity to work in a respected profession and shape your future in Germany. We are currently looking for apprentices for the following positions:
In the future, we will also be adding additional commercial and technical apprenticeships to our portfolio – and in doing so, we will also be opening up to other sectors outside of logistics.

Emons & WHY NOT LOGISTICS
A partnership with a future
Why Not Logistics is a project that originally emerged from Emons Spedition. What started as a single idea has now grown into an initiative with committed partner companies. Together, we pursue one goal: to offer young people from abroad a real opportunity for qualified vocational training in Germany. We support both the companies and the trainees from the first introduction to the start of their professional careers. Between 2023 and 2025, around 70 motivated people began their training as professional drivers, warehouse clerks, warehouse logistics specialists, and mechatronics technicians. 94% are still active in the program today – a result that speaks for itself.
Emons itself, together with Why Not Logistics, trains apprentices in over 10 onboarding houses throughout Germany. Here, you will receive solid training and a safe place to live. Our map shows you the Emons locations, which you can enlarge with a click.
