In practice, it becomes clear that sustainable integration requires far more than simply placing someone in a training position. It calls for structure, preparation and continuous support. Why Not Logistics implements this approach in a holistic manner.


Sustainable integration means more than just finding an apprenticeship. It is about helping young people to establish themselves in Germany in the long term, both professionally and socially.


A key component is early preparation in the country of origin. Participants are carefully selected, receive language training, and are specifically prepared for life in Germany. These measures create a stable foundation and provide security for starting everyday life and work.

Support does not end after arrival. Throughout the entire training period, the young professionals are supported in the workplace, in daily life and with organisational matters. Typical forms of support include:

  • Assistance with administrative and organisational issues

  • Guidance within the training company

  • Support in everyday life


This allows challenges to be identified and addressed at an early stage, significantly increasing the stability of the training.


However, the approach goes beyond mere labour market integration. What matters is the connection between professional and social integration. It is therefore not only about employment, but also about settling into the social environment and participating actively. The concept is complemented by clear framework conditions: placements are made in recognised training occupations and are secured by binding quality standards. This creates fair conditions and reliable training for all parties involved.
